Samsung Note will not turn off while charging
I can't find any help with this. My Samsung Note, yes I have the original Samsung Note, will not turn off at all. Even when I hit the power button and select for it to "Power off" it shuts off then turns right back on again. When the battery goes completely dead and I plug it in to charge, it cuts right on again as soon as it's plugged in. This is a problem because my battery is not able to get a good charge. Without a good charge my battery is lasting half the day when it's not even being used. I've bought a second battery and now both of them will only last half a day. Does anyone know how to remedy this without me having to get a separate battery charger for the battery itself? I can't keep having my phone last only half a day.
