K9 mail

ok i have the skyrocket..

in the stock gmail app it uses that stupid conversion style email.. which i find difficult..

no way to turn off that style?

if not, i'd like to use k9.. i tried it and the problem with that was i starred some emails in gmail and they didnt get stared in k9..

thoughts comments suggestions?

I used to use k9.. I recently upgraded to Kaiten Email. Its an redesign of K9.
I stared something on one email account and it stared on K9. But it wasn't from Gmail, so perhaps they have there own Star format...

On my Skyrocket when I am in the email app, if I hit the menu button (bottom left), then More, then View mode I have the option to select Standard View or Coversation View.

What I find is a pain and maybe as a newbie I'm not smart enough to find a setting is that in the standard e-mail program it doesn't show me an indicator of when I have replied or forward a message. I have to guess.
