Old APN change for throttling not working after the 5gb cap chang

Ok people I haven't been able to get the APN renaming to fix the throttling problem all us unlimited users get at the 5 gb cap. So my question is has anyone read or found a way to go around this now? I've searched far and wide and just cant find anything to fix it. If any of you out here can help and point me in the right direction or have any insight on this matter it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
