When I take videos on my skyrocket, the file sizes are HUGE. They are not like that in other formats, I think. Is it possible to set the default such that the file sizes aren't going to be that large?

When you are in the Camera, push the settings button. It looks like a gear. Then you can adjust both the image quality and resolution. Just bring them down to the lowest level you are happy with and the file sizes will stay lower.
