Tethering After Root

Hi all, new to the forum. Just got a SR this weekend from work. HUGE upgrade from the POS evo I had for the past year. Anyways, I just got done rooting it, no custom rom, just installed superuser. I'm wanting to tether via the stock program but can't find the tetheringmanager2.apk at all using nobloat. There is a tetheringprovision but it just causes tethering to crash. Any help here or do I just have to get a app to do it?
