Phone Freezes then resets

Recentyly my phone has been freezing a lot. When it does unfreeze, its almost as if the phone has soft reset - all the widgets reload, radio signals restart, scans SD card. Other times i end up having to do a manual soft reset (hold down the power button til it turns off). anyone else experiencing this? Next step is to do a factory reset but really not looking forward to it... thanks!

Yes! I have been having the same problem. I noticed that it started happening after I upgraded my phone. The only thing I've tried is a cache wipe which seemed to help temporarily but the problem was not solved.

I did a factory reset... doesn't seem to be really helping the problem

I was having problems with stock ROM dumped it got cynogenmod 10 stable, now and my phone feels like a new device forget the stock ROM its a pile of junk it was laggy freezes up all the time and recently was having Google play issues if u are not afraid to do a little flashing try a different ROM its worth it

Before I flashed CM10 stable, I did a wipe and factory reset of the stock ROM. It seemed it worked at the time, but I don't care for all the bloatware and TW skin.

Cm10.1 is getting close to full on stable and one of our guys got 4.2.2 to boot already Lol so we are awaiting that merger.

I upgraded to the nightly, cm 10.1 2/15, and its now 4.2.2 I am liking this ROM more then the stable cm10. the only real bug I have found, is the camcorder setting is grainy, but the recordings come out great. so I can live with that, I recommend checking it out if you are into flashing.
