Having A Few Problems

Ok so im having a few problems first is that my phone wont connect to my computer all it does is come up in my notifications that asks me if i want to connect my USB or something


and the secounod thing is that my phone keeps crashing and my 16gb SD card keeps getting F'ed up it makes me re format it.


idk if the two things are related or not but if anyone can help me id really appreciate it

you gotta put the phone in usb mode first before you plug in the cable. go to settings and usb and activate it. then hook it up
dont know whats going on with your card

no i just wanna back it up to Kies but all it wants to do is connect as a mass stroge
