No Internet Access Unless Using WiFi

I have had my phone for two weeks and have had no internet access outside of my home wifi. At my wits end so if you have suggestions/solutions I'm all ears.

Long press on the power/lock button, and see if "Data Network Mode" is activated or not. Best I can think of thus far.

What network are you on? I'm on ATT and when I received mine and placed my SIM in phone I had no data on screen, so had to go in and change the APN in order for it to recognize my data plan on ATT.

What were the APN settings you used. I used some settings to get internet, but its capped at 200KBS.

I had the same issue. Turns out a) wrong imei was used at the store and b) they put me on the wrong data plan (needed 4g, they didn't switch me from 3g).
