Samsung Galaxy SII not rooted. Is there a way to find out what is turning on my wifi? I didn't have this problem until recently. I am leaning towards Fancy Widgets, but I have everything turned off? the only other app It might be is Mobileiron with Touchdown for work email?

Startup Auditor is a free app which helps you with starting up of apps and more. It might help you out of misery.

Did you check Applications > Settings > Wifi > click on the menu button > Advanced > Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep?
but I don't know what "sleep" is.

Go to settings> more> mobile networks> connections optimizer then uncheck the box.
I had this problem too and was getting really annoyed and just found the solution like 2 mins ago. Hope this helps.
