Restarts and crashes for my Samsung S2

As title, often my S2 restarts and crashes when I use it.
What happens with other apps.
My free RAM is about 200Mb because it has been suggested me that the programs should stay into Phone memory instead of Sd card.
Can I examine the log to know the reason of these restarts?
Thank you for your attention!

Ps: It has installed stock Rom into phone, the last ICS version.

I have the same proplem and its coZ the apps are moved to sd card
Any body can help?

I'm still on GB and a rooted tmobile ROM. I've always had the occasional random reset but last few days they have become more frequent. Today phone reset and when it came back on id lost 30% battery. Not sure what it is, any thoughts?
