I have been using the non-smartphone plan for 4 months on my unlocked i9100 SGS2 and I had access to the H+ (3.5g) without any problems.
But since yesterday, I don't have any internet/data access. The thing I don't understand is that I can see on my phone that I'm getting the H+ (the icon is there and the arrows are in color (orange-green))
