Who's excited now that we finally get something before Big Red and AT&T?

No, the Tmobile version of the Vibrant II is just a small hardware upgrade of the Galaxy SI (one) or in the same pair as the Int'l version of the GT-i9000 in which they just added a front-face camara (which the GT-i9000 already has) and HSPA+ (4G) support, a battery bump to 1650mAh...
But nothing more as far as I'm aware. The screen remains the same, the size the same and it is a Samoled not SamoledPlus ok.

T-Mobile got the Samsung Galaxy S first, just 15 days after the big event in New York Last year.
Anyone else seeing any parallels?— Milo

I actually think they should change the look. I want the 4 buttons at the bottom. That infuse looks good the way they made it

The phone in that article showed weather for Barcelona. Is there reason to believe they were not talking about T-Mobile Europe? The US uses AWS bands, which according to the S II specs is not supported.
Here is a question. In order to support AWS bands, is any different hardware needed? Or it is just a software change to the radio? - 05-14-2011, 03:39 PM #20
