Any way to root with JB?

It was easy to root with ice cream. When i updated with JB can't find a way to root. I have tmobile and a mac. Thanks for your help

I used this one before and was easy to root. But tried to root with jb but doesn't work. Thanks for trying

I know this is for windows but I don't think Kies is that much different on the two systems.... I wish I could give you the method that I used. I'm a PC guy so I used Odin, but I don't believe that it is available for Mac.

use mobile odin, should work like a charm. runs from the device, no pc or mac required. ive successfully used it to root my galaxy s3, and downgrade to stock rom, so i could recieve OTA JB upgrade, and then to root again.
