I have a Samsung Galaxy S i9000.
I plugged it into Kies and it said there was a firmware upgrade for it, so I just plugged my phone in and went out for a bit (my internet connection is unbearably slow). After I came back and looked at the upgrade progress, there was a window that said something about not being able to connect to the server, so I closed Kies and unplugged my phone, and I found out that my phone was frozen (blank screen) so I turned it off and on again...
Now I can't get passed the boot screen (the one with the flashing Galaxy S logo).

I there any way to fix this at all? Any information is greatly appreciated.

PS. I Rooted the phone, and also applied the one click lag fix.
The button presses (Volume Down + Menu + Power) which boots into recovery mode has never worked for me (even before rooting my phone).
I was updating from JL1 to JI1.
