US is last along with Canada. After UK Asia is next. They said everyone by the end of Nov but you would be better off betting on Buffalo getting to the Superbowl. I am living in the Philippines. I say by end of next week.

The Bell Canada version of this update bricked my phone after a proper install.
No root, or any mods/tweaks... a stock phone.
The Bell rep told me Froyo is causing grief for the majority of Bell Galaxy S
phones.
A reset showed the phone locked into download mode with no active OS.
Bell p!ssed me off so much that I did not bother with a loaner phone and I requested a rollback to 2.1

Samsung (in Brazil) actually released a beta version of Android 2.2, there will be a final version of it.

The only matter of this beta version is the browser, which is slower. It's not the speed to load pages, it's about scrolling a page and zooming it.

It slows in a way that you can see it having little freezes. If you try to go up and down the page (just to test/see it going), what was previously really fast, now it's painful!

This is no good hehe! When the final release comes I'll check this and put the result here.
