Why am I getting a Google Play Store Error?

Google Play Store Error

I am Using Samsung Galaxy S7562. facing a problem on google play store when i reboot my device and open google play store it work correctly and download all my apps. but when i used second time it gives error and not opened and shows on screen this messaege.

"Unfortunately Google Play Store Has Stopped."
i also update my vertion also install google play service app and also cleared cache. i try my best but failed please solve my problem.

Welcome to Android Central! Did the phone come with Google Play Store preinstalled, or did you have to install it manually by yourself? I ask because not all phones are certified for Google Play, and if you manually install the Play Store on a phone like that, it's not guaranteed to work correctly.
