Just what is wrong with the cr*p Samsung Kies program!..I am updated to the latest version (2.0.0.11044_11) but it will not even synch my contacts!
It tells me that there is no response from the phone or its not connected and to reboot the phone. I have done this dozens of times!
It also will not upgrade 2.2 even though it tells me that an update is avalable.
It checks the phone, starts the upgrade and then tell me that the phone is not connected!
I have rebooted the phone and done this many times, I am reluctant to reset it as it suggest as my contacts cannot be backed up soi I am worried I will lose them!
I had the same problem updating to 2.2 !, Kies is an infuriating useless piece of software, any ideas how I can upgrade?
