I have a Boost mobile Samsung Galaxy S 2 and my Telenav has stopped working, how can I fix this?

I have a boost mobile samsung galaxy s 2 and my telenav has stopped working

when I try to use my telenav feature all it says is telenav has stopped working. then it gives you only the option to say OK.

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to the App Manager, select Telenav, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again.
