Sender's name with Exchange account emails

I have a Galaxy S3 mini (gt-i8190) with Andriod version 4.1.1.
In my Galaxy S3 mini account settings I have setup the Exchange account for my Live Hotmail. I see on my Galaxy S3 mini that it is synchronzing my emails correctly with my Live Hotmail on my computer.
The problem is that the receiver of my emails can not see my full name. My Hotmail email address is "Firstname123@hotmail.com". When I send an email from my Galaxy S3 mini, the receiver is seeing only "Firstname123@hotmail.com" as the sender's name. I want that the receiver will see my full name "Firstname Lastname" as the sender's name. How can I setup the Exchange account settings in my Galaxy S3 mini so that the receiver of my emails will see my full name "Firstname Lastname" as the sender's name?

Did you ever manage to solve this issue? It's been bugging me badly and I can't figure out where the setting is to change this. Thanks
