hi, recently, ive just bought my new samsung s3 mini and ive tried to do screenshots but it couldnt work. ive pressed the home button and power button at the same time but nothing happens. i feel bad because it's a new phone. then, i went to the settings but i could not find hand motion under motion settings. ive done many researches on how to do screenshots but nothing helps me. ive also downloaded some apps to do screenshots but they say there is internal error. i dont know what else to do. i feel so sad. please help me :'(
