I do not upgrade?

Hello guys! 2 days ago gave me the mini s3 ...! Checking .. I have seen that still has firmware 4.1.1 and baseband i8190xxall2! ..
I read that there updated firmware ... but connecting the cell to kies .. I do not detect any update ... and even through ota!
What should I do .. x update to version 4.1.2?
