Galaxy s3 mini 16GB internal memory, i can only use 17.8mb

My s3 mini only shows and i only CAN USE 17.8mb of 16 GB, i've researched and searched on all over internet and there's not a real solution for that problem, do i have to do something else to configure my s3 mini?.

Yeah i know that S.O partition and other applications and services uses a big part of internal memory, but, 17.8 mb available is ridiculous

another person with the same problem and he posted pictures of his s3 mini, i can see the same in my s3 mini too :'(

i experience this kind of thing on fake s3 mini. are you sure your phone are real. one thing to check is the samsung apss. its should read as Samsung Apps and not Apps only.

fake S3 mini, hope you can get a refund somehow but I seriously doubt it
