S3 Mini wont switch on

Hi

My wife has a Galaxy S3 mini and it is about 18 months old.

She has had problems for a few weeks with the phone running very slow but transferred data to laptop and all seemed ok.

Now the phone wont switch on at all :-(

Tried changing chargers and also tried replacing the battery but still no joy

Any help would be appreciated

You haven't given us much to go on. What do you mean by it 'won't switch on at all'? The screen doesn't light up? There's no LED? The hardware (lighted) buttons don't come on at all? There's no audio?

If you take the battery out for a few minutes and reinsert it, then connect a charger, do you see the battery graphic showing the current battery level and charging activity?

You've tried a different charger AND cable?
