why cant my samsung s3 mini 'soft bricked' phone be detected by kies and recovered?
My other samsung s3 mini I have managed to get "soft bricked." All it has on the screen when on is a picture of a phone, leading on to a yellow triangle warning sign and leading on to a computer. It also has this written on the screen "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies & try again."
I have linked it to the computer by USB but whatever kies I had will not connect to my phone and I dont know what to do as I cant get into any of my phones contents..settings..options etc. Or anything so I cant use my phone at all at the moment. Does anyone know what the correct kies software I need is? Or anything else I can do to recover my mobile to its normal factory settings etc.?? Please help. Thanx.;(
