i747 s3 4.4.2 bricked need a rom with the format tar.md5 to flash with odin

Long story short soft bricked my i747 s3 a few days ago. i was told that flashing a new rom through odin would do the trick but I cant simply flash the stock 4.4.2. Mostly on the account that Samsung issued 4.3 and 4.4 OTA. And when I do come across a rom chances are its flashable zip through a recovery, which is what I dont need, as my phone is not turning on. A link to a download for a tar.md5 format rom 4.4.2.
