Take a grain of salt, but still very interesting:

1.5GHz quad-core Samsung Exynos processor
4.8-inch “full HD” 1080p resolution with 16:9 aspect ratio display
A 2-megapixel front-facing camera and an 8-megapixel rear camera
Ceramic case
4G LTE
Android 4.0

Actually those specs should be pretty spot on, or at least they better be.

We have seen a bunch of phones announced this week that have very similar specs as the SIII.

The screen if true will be a first of its kind.

Yeah, that one puzzled me as well. Ceramic is an insulator which would create more heat buildup in the phone. Also the fragility of it would make a poor case. If the specs are fake, why pick ceramic?

Depends on the ceramic. As I recall American Military uses ceramic plates for their "heavy duty" bullet proof armour.

If it's got a dedicated camera button as some leaks suggest, then that would be the biggest improvement for me.

How did you miss the fact that this is using an Exynos processor (quad core no less, at 300mhz faster) and determined that the only improvement is 3 extra megapixels on the rear camera? Lol Not to be offensive, but dayum man. That's dense.

The REAL improvements this phone holds over the Galaxy Nexus are:

- Screen: 720p Super AMOLED Plus RGB vs 720p Super AMOLED Pentile

- Processor: Quad core 1.5ghz Exynos destroys Dual Core TI OMAP 4460, even if it were clocked at 1.5

- RAM: Potentially 2GB vs 1GB, more is always better

- Case: Ceramic extremely hardened scratch resistant vs decent aluminum

- Radio: it would be hard for ANY phone to have a worse radio than the one in the Galaxy Nexus

- Camera: 8, possibly 12MP camera with 30fps 1080p vs crap 5MP camera with 24(max) fps 1080p

The rest of the real improvements are tweaks to the hardware and case that hopefully the mistakes were learned with the junky Galaxy Nexus and fixed in the Galaxy S 3.

And above all else, let's PRAY FOR A VERIZON RELEASE!
