S3 Micro SD cards
Let's talk micro sd cards for the Samsung S3. What's going to be the ideal card for this phone? What's going to work and what's not work?
SDXC, SDHC
Class 4, 6, 10
etc....
I suppose each user may possibly want/need a different type of card depending on what they would be using it for the most. Say a person who takes tons of photos/video vs a person that uses it for music. etc.
I certainly had audio syncing issues with my original EVO when shooting video. I used the stock sd card that came with it.
Anyway, I'd like to hear some opinions on which card they're getting and why. - 06-06-2012, 12:31 AM

Re: S3 Micro SD cards
Does anyone know of a true class 10 64GB micro SD card? SanDisk only goes to class 6. Some websites list the SanDisk as a class 10 but that is wrong from what I have found so far.
Samsung is supposed to be releasing a class 10 64GB soon but I haven't found any information on it really.Last edited by JayGoat; 06-06-2012 at 03:11 PM.

That's what I'm thinking about doing. And yeah the SanDisk is a Class 6.

SanDisk doesn't make a class 10 micro SD in 64GB. Some sellers on Amazon lie and say they are class 10 but in reality they are class 6. This is what I have been finding out as ideally I'd like a class 10 64GB micro SD card.

Re: S3 Micro SD cards
A class 6 Sandisk card will perform much more realiable than a class 10 non-Sandisk card. Many read and write errors on these non-Sandisk cards. You have been warned!
