Apple lost in their attempt to delay the GS3. Hopefully now we can see shipments starting this week. My fingers are crossed

They did not lose, because the judge didn't make a decision. She could still stop sales on the S3 when she actually has time to hear the motion.

It is better than lost. Since it is only delayed pending docket time there can be no appeal since there is yet no decision. By the time this motion gets heard it will be irrelevant as the phones will already be here and in the hands of consummers.

The judge was to busy dealing with Apples other frivolous lawsuits.
