Keeping the screen off?
How does one tell the SIII to NOT turn the screen on every time I get a text or an email and so on?
Sounds dumb but Id rather it just stay off! Thanks!

Re: Keeping the screen off?
While this is not exactly on point. I use K-9 Mail for email and Handcent for txting, both of which allow for notifications without turning on the screen. Handcent even allows to have a popup message/reply window without turning on the screen proper.

Also wouldn't mind an answer. I turn notifications off at night so that doesn't happen.
