start with a wallpaper or live wallpaper, a custom launcher (home screen) app like Apex or Nova Prime and take it from there mate

The icons are Metro Station.. Most of the widgets are either Android Pro Widgets or HD Widgets. The battery life is fine. I use my phone all day. At work I charge it for about half hour and that usually gets me through the rest of the night.
