Thanks! I'm rooted running cm 10. This is all part of a theme called crimson cobalt and the wallpaper is from kittehface live wallpapers all on the play store

Im using apex launcher the icons there are from metrostation and the minimal white icon pack. Ive changed it a bunch since posting that shot.

Found a snowy live wallpaper that lets you use your own background, but it's not free. Haven't tried it, but I know you've been looking for one.



There seems to be a few more in the "users also installed" section as well..

Your wallpaper resolution is too small. You need to use a higher resolution. Here's a couple that will work:

For a non-scrolling wallpaper set up use 720 X 1280:


For a scrolling wallpaper set up with a launcher (like Nova) use 1440 X 1280:
