    Any android version gingerbread and newer doesn't require task killer, android has it built in and will clear ram as needed.

    It helps with multitasking, so if u are in a app and want to go to another it caches where you are currently so apps/pages don't need to refresh.

    With task killers you are making the phone work harder.

    Remove it and you will see better battery life, smoother phone after a day or so.
