The full tapatalk ones r much better.
That screen is just Kinetic Clock (payed) with some random wallpaper that suited it, Amazing Text Plus widget saying "ANDROID", DroidIcon icons (love them but they too expensive to pay for) in dock and at top left and right, Go Launcher Neon theme icons with appps in them (Go icons work fine with Nova)
The clock has plenty colour options, had to buy it

Locker was simple but i luv it

Touch time to unlock. Touch bottom right for camera, slide up from bottom of screen to bring up recent apps
