Periodical screen flashing...

Is anybody else having any random screen flash almost like my screen blinks VERY fast. Should I call Verizon? IS THERE a reason? CAN I MAKE IT STOP?? It's not just one app its everywhere it seems but randomly.

After getting rid of the stock messaging app it went away for me. I made a thread for this already a few months ago. I will try and look it up for ya.

I think it's software related as it doesn't happen except when using keyboard in certain apps. I've seen it happen texting and Tapatalk. Using SwiftKey 3 but I've read on here and on xda that it happens with other keyboards as well.... Just did it as I was typing this. Never seen it happen while using the browser or reading in Tapatalk.

Hi all,
I have the same issue too. Sometime it flashes 4 times interval and sometimes 8 to 9 times intervals. I know it's a sw issue, and it shouldn't happened......Not exactly which appliation causes this though........Pls help....

I have a similar issue where anytime the keyboard is up it flashes and drops the keyboard again and I have to re-engage the keyboard again. Is that what everyone else is having? Any fixes yet? I'm not really interested in getting another messaging app over the stock one...

when i freeze/disable the stock Messaging app it stops my 3rd party sms app (Go Sms) from recieving txts.. dont you have that problem mate?

I'm now noticing mine is doing that too! Wwtthh! Only intervals of one though not 4 or 8

Mine does it too. But experiencing worse glitches and the keyboard flash isn't even a concern anymore.
