I have been reading that it is possible to put a 2600 mAh battery in the GS3. Has anyone tried this? Will it break my phone or light it on fire?

I have an AT&T GS3 if that makes any difference.
I saw Phil do a positive review on this a while back. It's a case that doubles your battery but it doesn't add as much girth to the phone. Looks pretty cool and has a recharge button you only push when you need it.
