Will this Targus pen work with the S3?

I saw this at a local Walmart and was wondering if anyone here use it with the S3. It's a lot cheaper than the C pen that Samsung makes. And some of the reviewers mention using it on their non-apple touch products even though the label only mentions the iphone and ipad.

I'm waiting to see what 3rd party stylus's come out for the S3.... Not sure if you know but the capacitive matrix is much smalerl on the S3 than other phones, so you're supposed to be able to use a more precise tip (I think they said 3mm as apposed to 5&7mm on other devices). I have an el-cheapo stylus from Walgreens $5, and it works on the S3 perfectly fine, I'm pretty sure any standard size stylus will.... The problem is reversed, the S3 C-pen is too small/narrow to work on most other devices.

Well, I decided to make a diy stylus and here's what I got. I just shoved a q tip into a pen, the foil is to transfer electricity from my fingers to the cotton tip. And it works like a champ. Great for S Memo and Swype. I just have to keep the cotton tip moist for it to work. And the tip is almost as small as the c pen.
