    Default How do I unmount an external USB memory stick?

    I have a cable with a micro SD connector on one end and a USB socket on the other. I can plug in my USB memory stick (64gb) and see the contents/play/copy etc. All works fine.

    But, when I remove it, I get a message that I didn't unmount the stick and I may have damaged the contents. So, is there a way of unmounting it?

    Found my own answer - you do it from the notification bar.
