What is Samsung Adservice

I noticed it being downloaded last night. Took it off. As soon as I went into the Samsung app store, it downloaded again.

So, what is it?

just like the name states, it's a ad service Samsung uses for certain apps that contain ads that will use "their" ad's, not Googles... Way to make money on free stuff basically.. Anytime you go into, or download something, from the Samsung Apps Store, it is auto installed...

Strange - whenever I start the Samsung App Store, it does prompt me to install Adservice, but I just select Cancel and it merrily continues on to the App Store.

For me it doesn't ask... I get the same thing as the original poster... as soon as I load the Samsung App store it reloads that Adservice program.
