    Default Cannot mount sd card

I just ordered a 64 gig sandisk micro sd card from best buy and it says that it's preparing the sd card then says it is safe to remove. Anyone know whats wrong? It's on exfat right now, and I just tried formatting it on my computer and it didn't work.

When I initially purchased mine I was looking forward to the ability to load larger files in exFat. Unfortunately, when I transferred music some files became corrupted, and some files did not transfer. exFat was glitchy and so I decided to reformat to Fat32 and have had no issues since. Also, I plan on trying out some ROMs in the future and CWM requires Fat32.
