Im loving my white one so not interested. but I think it would have been better for Samsung to come out with a black or white S3, not white or blue. I know they're trying something new but people prefer basics. Maybe blue could have been a limited time thing?

My wife got the Droid X in purple. Now that color isn't available. There is blue instead. I think all manufacturers are trying the idea of different colors.

My phones have always been black. I am actually glad the black wasn't released at the same time because I probably would have bought it. Instead I have the blue and i really like it. It looks good and is just different enough from the norm.

Black is what I originally wanted. It definitely looks good! Interestingly, I am very happy with my white phone and the contrasting black case...so much so, that I won't be surprised if I like my phone better than the black (which I have to see in person to really make that call).

I would have loved it in black, but after haveing the pebble blue its what ever. I have a phone cover on it so i guess it really does not matter.

This is what I am currently driving, and I think I would have had a VERY tough time deciding between a GSIII this color and the white one I purchased.

That looks exactly like my pebble blue phone. The front appears black in most lighting and in the second pic you can clearly see the rim is the same blue color as the pebble blue phone.
