My phone is blazing now

Changing my animation scale and transition scale has made my phone super fast I'm might be late with this but it really works..

I didn't know this either. Of course, I don't check this forum everyday either so I probably missed the other post.

My speed was set to 1 for these two values. Setting it to 0.5 like your screen shot shows sped up the screen rendering slightly but not very noticeable. Setting it to zero really speeds things up quite a bit.

I tried the highest level, 10. Yeah, don't do that. Sooooooooooo sloooooooow.

No downside so far battery life exactly the same for me, apps not crashing etc..

I meant I turned animation off, didnt really know what its for anyways, nothing seems different except a big increase in speed.

Interesting. I didn't know about this either but when I changed the 2 mentioned settings from 1 to .5 my screen started flickering like crazy. I had to reboot the phone to stop it.

I accidentally checked show screen updates when I was playing around in there...caused the screen to flash like crazy. You might want to look and see if you checked that option.

Surprised to see how many people didn't know this trick. One of the first things i learned about this phone. Forgot I even changed it. Good job letting people know.

Made my phone much more fliud no problems.. Didn't have the flickering problem

Just turn it off completely.. Much faster.. Put them both on ten and then youll see what changes when you put it back to off

Alright turned both off seems a little bit faster time to play around with it thanks for the tip :)
