So if you want and a banned Apple product in South Korea, you will have to import it, if possible, lol! Most likely be the same here but vice versa with said devices.

They still banned the sale of several Samsung products because of the elastic scrolling. Its still not great news.

I feel like they got the ruling a bit backwards though, they said Samsung was innocent of violating trade dress (appearance and brand image) but was guilty of copying patent features.

it isn't that good because none of us here are in south Korea lol. So it still won't affect us. Lol.

I'm glad they didn't side with Apple though.

Actually both sides lost (were found to infringe on each others IP) and both have to pay a fine. I'm sure the only winners here were the lawyers, as usual.

i dont like any of these court battles regardless who wins

why should a court decide what i can buy

the reason i will never and forever buy any apple products is they wont let me use these devices how i want and they fighting in court reinforces my decisions

i wish samsung luck and hope apple begins to rot
