Mine is at 39%. I thought that was rather high. I Odin'd back to stock and it's still locked at 39%. I feel like it used to be around 11% or so.

Whats is everyone else's?

How is your battery life? I think 39% is a little high.

Mine is 6% and 11%. Not sure if the bloatware is using the Android System or Android OS services. I am sure the bloatware usually have their own app in the battery usage list. Try to check syncing account. If you have many account that kept syncing real time, maybe that is the problem, it can go up that high. I agree with the above poster, it is rather high for the Android OS to use that much.

Mine is running at 6% right now. Something is wrong with your phone in my opinion.

Hence the reason this thread exists...

I flashed the stock kernel than restored a backup. It's running at 12% now. I can live with this.

Re: [Q] How Much Battery Percentage Is Android OS Using On Your S

I am sitting at 17% and 6%. My biggest issue is Cell standby which is typically between 30% and 60%.

Mine is always extremely high.

I've narrowed it down to Alarm Manager that is in the Android OS.

I've uploaded screen shots to show it in BetterBatteryStats

I also noticed that my phone is constantly awake. It never sleeps according to battery stats.

It looks like lite flow app is showing 50k wake locks. Which is insane. Not sure if that's what causing the bad battery life though.

Android OS 12%
Android System 10%
On battery for 14hr with a battery at 37%.

Rooted running stock ROM and locked boot loader.

You could try flashing the stock kernel using Odin and see if that makes a difference. No harm in trying and you don't need root to do so. If you want to try/need help let me know.

My battery is at 63% after 17h 8m 40s on battery with AOS at 7% usage.

Stock rooted/unlocked, auto brightness, all input feedback disabled, TouchWiz disabled, only data services enabled are LTE/WiFi. ADW launcher with BW 4x2 super clock and power toggles widgets.
