Your Google apps package is crashing. Typically due to a conflict or some process hanging. Does this happen after a reboot? Are you rooted? Have you tinkered with the system at all?

I have the same issue. I am rooted and the problem started after I flashed the Wicked Sensations rom. [I must add, this rom is great!]

Makes sense, but what's the solution? The Play Store issue is discussed in this thread:

I did seem to solve my problem by migrating to the new Google Apps Infrastructure. See the link in my previous post.

No I'm not rooted, I haven't messed around with this phone yet. I have noticed tho that it happens a lot with Chrome.
