Samsung tech support/customer service question
Ok, first, please do not turn this into an android/apple trash/love thread!
My wife uses an iPhone. She has had 2 issues over the years, one software and one hardware(battery). Both were repaired on site at the local apple store within an hour. No charge or hassle and within the manufacturer warranty.
I have used androids with sprint(evo) and AT&T(atrix). Evo had screen problems and Atrix had software issues, and both were a complete pain in the *** to get help with during the manufacturer warranty and both had Assurion.
I was so fed up with it that I switched to the iPhone. My opinion was that regardless of the operating system, I was making a huge investment in time(contract) and money and I wanted support if anything happened.
I love android and long story short I just purchased the S3 with AT&T. Chances are that I will not need to swap devices, I have only done this once in many years, but when I did they kept trying to push me to deal with the manufacturer( who would do it but it was a 4-6 week process.
I signed up for Cell Guard and am curious if anyone has any experience with them?
Has anyone recently dealt with AT&T with phone issues?
Thanks from a concerned consumer once I am outside of my 30 day exchange window.
