Will my S3 pair with a Sony Smartwatch?

I have a question. I've been eyeing off the Sony Smart Watch for a little while, and I'm wondering if it'll work with my SG3?

I know that according to the specs there shouldn't be an issue, I've just read that the watch is pretty finniky with what it'll actually pair with.

Yea its simply Bluetooth shouldn't be proprietary ..

i think a flip-case with a micro-usb connected smart watch-type display at the front would be sick (yet another one of my random ideas that im far too lazy to persue lol)
