Youve got it partitioned unless its a recorvery drive.. I usually just have one.. But judging by the stains and the look of the laptop its most likely just another c drive called D lol

Lol check whats on the drive to see if you need any of it.. What you mean empty recyling bin properly i dno maybe use a sponge around the sides to make sure all the grime is off

Right click on the recycle bin icon and select empty recycle bin.
