Is it just me,but when i downloaded google chrome it was 18Megs but looking at whats being stored on my device i see that that sucker is taking up 63.

Have you cleared your cache recently?

The Play Store does show the download as being ~19MB, but perhaps that's just the size of the download and not the installation? It may be a compressed installation. Anyway, here's what's shown in the detailed view:

firefox does it, having said that, the majority of it is data, how can bookmarks take up so much data?
