    Default Jelly bean installation[help needed, please]

    Okay so here it is:

    My friend asked me to update his phone. (uk unlocked). Cannot do it over-the-air 'cause I'm in the queue it seems, cause it says try again later. When i try to upgrade through KIES, the update download stops at 99%. What can I do? I really am hopeless.

    try reinstalling Kies mate.
    its a right pain of a programme
