I am in the USA and after my GS3 JB update that's what happened to mine - luckily all apps referring to "sdcard" finds "sdcard0" with no problems to the path.Samsung Galaxy S3 (tweaked and rooted)
Samsung Epic 4G (retired rooted backup)
Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1
Apple iPad 3 (yes, I have one of those also)
For all mobile devices - get one!
XDA kickstand4u tm Review
Oh my! I rooted my SGS3!

I think it's a Jellybean thing, because that's how CM10 addresses the internal storage. But CM10 calls the external storage sdcard1, which would make sense with sdcard0. Touchwiz, for some reason, keeps calling the external storage extSDCard, which makes the sdcard0 change seem pretty unnecessary and confusing.

SDcard0, reminds me of escargot... ewww. Yeah, it's the linux thing. Always gotta start with nothing and make something out of it. Why can't they just start with 1?
